Four Israeli soldiers were wounded Saturday night in a car ramming at the Hizma checkpoint in northern Jerusalem, emergency medical responders said. The Israeli Army spokesman said the incident in under investigation and that the driver is still at large, after having driven back into the West Bank rather than entering Jerusalem.
Magen David Adom stated that two of the soldiers are in moderate condition and suffering from injuries to his head and limbs. The two others are in light condition.
MDA said the wounded were being treated for their injuries at the scene.
